Jessamy is with her husband, Gawain when he goes to pick up his pay from Castle Pryce. After Gawain gets his pay, he gets angry and takes his aggression out on his son Luca. Jessamy reluctantly follows and doesn't intervene due to her being terrified of what Gawain may do to her.
